Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Good understanding of current design trends and digital media formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling ability.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and file preparation.
- Develop and design visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, online ads, banners, and email campaigns.
- Create designs for print materials such as brochures, packaging, posters, and promotional items.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visuals.
- Ensure consistency in design language and brand identity across all materials.
- Prepare final artwork for production and liaise with printers or vendors when necessary.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for visual strategies.
- Maintain a well-organized digital asset library for easy access and reference.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines
