- Respond to customers and partners about: Company’s products and service, Inquiries about pricing and Feedback and complaints
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs, company policies, and technological advancements in the customer service field.
- Gather customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience to provide insights for improving company offerings.
- Salary up to RM5,000 + Commission
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided
- 12 days of Annual Leave, 14 days of Sick Leave
- Medical claims
- 5 days work week, 2 days off
- 9 hrs work daily with 1 hour meal break
- No overnight shift
