Service & Maintenance Admin Engineer
The S&M Exec is responsible for supervising and coordinating the lift and escalator maintenance operations to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with statutory regulations while ensuring highest efficieny obtained. The role supports the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the service team, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance services to meet contractual and safety requirements.
Maintenance Operations
Assist in planning, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure respond to breakdowns and emergencies promptly, minimizing downtime.
Compiling service sheets and prepare reports to customers on a timely basis
Ensuring invoices are received by customers on timely basis.
Follow up payments from customers Assist in sending quotations to customers for repair jobs.
Raise purchase requisitions and follow up on its progress.
Assist in monitoring staff performance and ensure compliance with safety procedures and work standards.
Customer & Contract Management
Liaise with clients to address service requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor service contracts to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
Support the Maintenance Manager in contract renewals and preparing service proposals.
Safety & Compliance
Assist in implementing and enforce safety practices for technicians and contractors.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, safety inspections, and compliance reports.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare monthly maintenance schedules, reports, and performance updates for management review.
Track spare parts usage, tools, and equipment to ensure availability for maintenance works.
Support budget planning and cost control for the maintenance department.- Degree in engineering
