1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline), Information Technology, or a related technical field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, technical support, or tendering.
3. Possess own vehicle and willing to travel when required.
4. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

1. Prepare accurate and timely costings, quotations, and tender submissions.
2. Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to shortlist and standardize products in line with customer requirements and approved vendor lists.
4. Support sales and marketing activities, including product demonstrations, field trials, roadshows, and presentations.
5. Coordinate with principals, vendors, and suppliers for technical solutions, product demonstrations, and information sharing.
6. Track and report the status of tender submissions, leads, and enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and feedback collection.
7. Perform accurate data entry and manage documents related to customer enquiries and tender activities.
8. Maintain an organized filing system for tenders, quotations, and business documentation.
9. Work with project and finance teams to ensure timely billing and smooth project execution.
