Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for education-focused projects and international institution branding, as well as other related initiatives.
- Oversee annual marketing content planning, promotional campaigns, and execution roadmaps.
- Manage project budgets and control costs efficiently.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor client brand performance and competitor trends across various digital channels.
- Collect and analyse data to produce weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Provide recommendations to optimise service delivery and marketing outcomes.
- Client & Account Management
- Serve as a key liaison for mid- to senior-level clients.
- Conduct in-depth communication to identify marketing and recruitment goals, and translate them into actionable internal plans.
- Lead internal and external teams in executing marketing deliverables.
- Client Acquisition & Outreach
- Proactively expand the client base through strategic outreach efforts, networking, and the development of customised proposals.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to support long-term growth across globally.
- Digital Marketing & Platform Operations
- Manage and execute digital campaigns across platforms such as WeChat, RedNote, Douyin, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Translate marketing strategies into platform-specific content schedules and lead-generation tactics.
- Identify new commercial opportunities through digital performance insights.
- Project Execution & Creative Coordination
- Lead the team in implementing projects and maintaining quality control.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video editors to ensure timely and effective deliverables.
- Establish internal SOPs, templates, and workflow documentation to improve efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring
- Manage internal and outsourced teams for content creation and operations.
- Set team KPIs and monitor performance.
- Improve overall team productivity and ensure cost-efficiency of marketing projects.
- Crisis & Public Relations Management
- Act swiftly to resolve internal delivery issues and maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide PR guidance during brand reputation risks or crises to protect client branding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media or related fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in advertising or marketing; at least 1 year of account or team management experience.
- Strong command of English, Mandarin and Malay (required for cross-regional communication).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Capable of producing strategic proposals and delivering impactful presentations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of integrated marketing communications (IMC), digital marketing, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with AI tools, data analysis, and marketing dashboards is a plus.
- Background in the education industry or international higher education marketing is an advantage.
- Open to and able to accommodate business travel requirements based on project needs.
