Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for T-Shirt Printing, Uniform Embroidery, Silk Screen Printing, Uniform Custom Made, Heat Transfer, and DTF Printing services.
  • Identify and generate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research within the Puchong area and beyond.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships using CRM tools, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of 91 PHILA's services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales management team.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research, focusing on businesses and organizations in need of custom apparel and printing services.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base, utilizing a combination of online and offline tactics.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their specific requirements for T-shirt printing, uniform embroidery, and other services, tailoring solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the company's capabilities, competitive advantages, and value proposition to potential customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and efficient follow-up.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals while adhering to company guidelines and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, addressing any customer concerns or issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the company.
