Digital Advertising Specialist

• Location: Near KLCC, Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

▎Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital advertising or paid social (or equivalent project outcomes)
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong analytical skills with report building (Excel/Google Sheets; KPI interpretation)
• Solid communication, collaboration, and time‑management; accountable for performance

• Practical experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (events/conversions)
• Proven ability to independently run creative testing and optimization cycles
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.)

▎Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Build campaign structures aligned to objectives (Traffic/Conversions/Leads), audiences, placements, and bidding
• Run ongoing optimization: A/B testing, creative and copy iterations, budget and bid tuning

• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports tracking core KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.)
• Translate insights into clear optimization actions and playbooks

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and E‑commerce teams to execute promotions and brand campaigns
• Define ad copy and creative requirements; ensure brand alignment and compliance

• Stay current on platform features, industry trends, and competitors
• Propose innovative strategies to improve efficiency and competitiveness

• Monthly Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,300 (commensurate with experience)
• Transportation Allowance (incl. parking): RM 180 / month
