We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts while ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payments
  • Support e-invoicing processes and maintain proper financial documentation
  • Perform administrative duties to support daily operations
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and related documentation
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and in compliance with company policies
  • Work independently while taking initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Provide support during peak periods, including working extended hours when required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and e-invoicing practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • Responsible, committed, and willing to learn
