Job Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in construction site warehouse or storekeeping is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic knowledge of inventory tracking and stock control
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with site teams and workers of different backgrounds
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable in handling construction materials

- Responsible for receiving, checking, and inspecting construction materials, tools, and equipment at site
- Verify delivery orders against purchase orders and project requirements; check quantity, specifications, and quality of materials
- Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices to ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
- Manage daily operations of the site warehouse, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and orderly storage with clear access routes
- Issue materials according to construction schedules, perform picking and dispatch, and update inventory records promptly
- Monitor material usage to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorized withdrawal
- Conduct daily stock checks, monthly cycle counts, and annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams by providing accurate inventory and material reports

- 核对送货单、采购订单及项目需求，检查物料数量、规格与质量，办理入库手续

- 管理项目仓库日常运作，确保仓库环境安全、整洁、有序，施工通道畅通
- 根据施工进度安排物料配发、拣货及出库，及时更新库存系统或台账记录
- 监督材料使用情况，防止浪费、遗失或未经授权领用
- 执行每日库存检查、月度循环盘点及年度全面盘点，确保账、物、卡一致
- 配合项目经理、工程师及采购部门，提供准确的库存及物料使用报告
