About the Role

As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize promotions and retail partnerships.

Your role will be pivotal in leading trade marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly trade marketing plans, aligning with brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize channel-specific strategies and promotions.
  • Lead promotional campaigns and trade events, fulfilling account needs and enhancing sales outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives to ensure ROI and sales growth.
  • Track market share and sales performance, leveraging AC Nielsen bi-annual reports for insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure effective execution and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate and represent the company’s values and spirit to external partners and the internal workforce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or healthcare industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of driving brand visibility and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using market data (e.g., AC Nielsen) for strategic planning.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
