Job Requirements:

  1. Applicants with accounting expertise, diploma or bachelor's degree holders, and recent graduates from any field are encouraged to apply. SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  2. Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCount accounting software is advantageous. Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
  3. Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
  4. Strong teamwork skills.
  5. Must be able to work in Selayang.
  6. Quick learner with attention to detail and precision.
  7. Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively (must be punctual to work).
  8. Having own transport with B2 or D license.

Job Description:

  1. Keying in of Financial Information for Account Receivables and Account Payables.
  2. Filing of Account Payables and Account Receivables.
  3. Extraction of Financial Data upon authorized requests by various departments.
  4. Printing and Issuance of Statements for Account Receivables.
  5. Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques for settlement of expenses.
  6. Verification of billing regarding invoices, delivery orders, debit and credit notes for sales, purchases and miscellaneous expense items.
  7. Preparation of export documentation with respect to export sales.
  8. Support other general administrative tasks as needed.
