Assistant Store Manager

• Basic proficiency in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant and professional appearance.
• Comfortable handling cashiering duties, stock replenishment, and general store operations.
• A genuine interest in lifestyle brands, character merchandise, or pop culture is a plus.
• Having your own vehicle will increase your chances of being shortlisted.

• Perform cashiering duties accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and managing basic transactions.
• Support daily store operations such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with and manage team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.
• Proactively engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable in-store experience.
• Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
• Contribute to creating a fun, vibrant, and memorable retail environment that brings the Care Bears brand to life.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and positivity in every customer interaction.
