Data Management Lead – Compliance Systems - Robert Walters

What you'll do:
As a Data Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in transforming high-level compliance policies and procedures into a technology solution. You will work towards streamlining the delivery of technology solutions for external and internal users while maintaining compliance to AMLCFT policies and procedures.Your ability to work with aggressive deadlines for deployment will be key to your success in this role.
- Maintain, administer, expand and develop Trinity suite of applications
- Act as 'Change Lead' for AMLCFT Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Module
- Ensure that AMLCFT compliance issues are appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved
- Provide meaningful solutions from a compliance technology system standpoint for any challenges faced
- Design & enhance the CDD Module application to meet business needs & AMLCFT regulatory requirements
- Plan for KYC/CDD Module system enhancement/improvements to continuously improve the system
- Ensure all technology system/application tasks are completed within set timeframes
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Data Management Lead position brings a wealth of experience from the banking or financial institutions sector. With a proven track record in IT solution implementations, you have supported end-to-end project activities as a Business Analyst.Your strong skills in presentation, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management at senior levels will be invaluable. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively translate user’s business requirements into functional requirements and solutions for IT teams.
- Minimum 8-10 years Domain background in Banking, Financial Institutions in areas of Compliance, Business Support or Customer On-Boarding
- Proven Track Record in IT Solution Implementations supporting end-to-end project activities in capacity of Business Analyst – minimum 3-5 full cycle implementations
- Proficiency in business requirement/functional/technical writing and process flow design
- Capability to Lead and Manage a team of Business Analysts
- Strong skills in presentation and communication, negotiation and stakeholder management at Senior Management Levels
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate users’ business requirements into functional requirements and solutions for IT teams
