about the company

Your future employer is an interior design & build firm specialising in corporate offices based in Klang Valley. They have an impressive portfolio of ID fit-out projects for retail and commercial projects and have many satisfied clients. As the company is experiencing a steady growth and initiating their expansion plans, they are looking to bring in a General Manager to oversee and manage their operations.

• Lead and guide the entire department with strength and effectiveness
• Recruit, train, and supervise personnel to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work culture that fosters creativity and innovation
• Ensure operations align with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives and policies
• Manage staff, overseeing projects and overall project pipeline
• Ensure the organization follows local laws and regulations
• Liaise with management and provide reports on activities
• Ensuring proper financial controls are in place and representing the organization at meetings.
• Satisfy client needs and expectations by managing the planning, co-ordination and delivery of large and/or complex projects and programs within the terms of the project management service agreements and obligations.
• Responsible for reducing costs and improving quality through the development of organizational capabilities
• Act as the focal point for Internal & External relations.
• Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients

• At least a Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, Business Management or equivalent
• Corporate tower/office experience will have a big advantage
• More than 10 years experience in the Interior Fit-out industry
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
