Provide first-line application support to business users, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor, track, and manage support tickets related to:
- CloudApps
- Xilnex POS system
- Metabuyer
- Collaborate with product/application owners and external vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of issue resolutions and standard troubleshooting procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation solutions.
- Support the rollout and updates of new applications by assisting with testing, deployment, and end-user training.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently on-site and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with helpdesk systems and service ticketing tools is an advantage.
