Purchase Executive:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Skills required: Supply Chain Management, Negotiation, Vendor Management, Cost Analysis, Contract Management, Inventory Management
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and MANDARIN (MUST).

Purchase Executive:

• Assist in daily procurement operations, including placing orders and tracking deliveries.
• Source and compare suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies, delays, or quality issues.
• Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and update purchase records.
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement reports.
