Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin (Must be applicable, due to business communication needs).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with guidance.
- Experience in recruitment or HR-related internship is an added advantage.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding arrangements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and talent pipelines.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in salary proposal coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment-related projects.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates when required.
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements and ensure completion of new joiner documentation.
- Assist in onboarding sessions and introduction for new employees.
- Ensure onboarding records and documents are properly maintained.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
- Draft recruitment-related correspondences and internal hiring communications.
- Support ad-hoc recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
