Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin (Must be applicable, due to business communication needs).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently with guidance.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR-related internship is an added advantage.
 A.  Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding arrangements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and talent pipelines.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in salary proposal coordination.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment-related projects.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates when required.
 B.  Onboarding Coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements and ensure completion of new joiner documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding sessions and introduction for new employees.
  • Ensure onboarding records and documents are properly maintained.
 C.  Recruitment Administration
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
  • Draft recruitment-related correspondences and internal hiring communications.
  • Support ad-hoc recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
