Your Role

Managing and executing the end-to-end return process for finished goods and spare parts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company policies. My daily focus is on minimizing operational disruptions caused by returns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and inventory control.

In this role specifically you will manage the full return cycle of finished goods and spare parts — from initiation to final disposition — ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer agreements. I coordinate closely with warehouses, 3PLs, customer service, and finance teams to process returns accurately, minimize delays, and prevent inventory loss.

What you'll do

Return End to End
  • Monitor return requests from customers, service centers, or retail partners through system or email.
  • Review and validate return reasons, conditions, and eligibility based on return policies.
  • Coordinate return logistics with 3PL, warehouse, or transport providers.
  • Communicate with internal teams (Customer Service, Quality, Commercial) to resolve any return discrepancies.
  • Update system records and track returned goods to ensure timely processing and closure.
  • Generate daily or weekly return reports to monitor trends, issues, and turnaround times.
Implement Day to Day Of Return Process
  • Execute the return process from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with SOP and policy.
  • Process system transactions: Goods Receipt, Credit Note triggers, Inventory adjustments.
  • Handle physical return inspections or coordinate with warehouse teams for verification.
  • Flag abnormal returns (excessive volumes, repeat issues, wrong items) and initiate investigations.
  • Manage stock disposition: restock, rework, scrap, or supplier claim coordination.
  • Ensure return KPIs are met lead time, accuracy, service level.
Lead Productivity for area of Supply Chain
  • At operational level, contribute of 1 productivity project to reduce logistic cost and return
Drive Cross-functional Effectiveness
  • Collaborate with POM to identify recurring product issues and root causes.
  • Work with Finance and Commercial to ensure accurate credit/debit notes and return value reconciliations.
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales to educate customers on proper return procedures.
  • Contribute to policy refinement by providing data-backed return insights.
  • Actively participate in system improvements (SAP, WMS, CRM) to streamline returns and reporting.

  • Conflict resolution and cross-functional communication.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and damage classification.
  • Basic financial literacy to understand credit note processes and cost impact.
