Sales Designer/Design Consultant

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Designer/Design Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about design, capable of managing projects independently, and able to contribute both creatively and strategically.

Work Location: Hybird (report to office AT LEAST twice a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design team & project team from concept to completion
• Prepare and oversee tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Handle project management, including timeline, cost control, and quality assurance
• Generate and leverage high-value network leads to support business growth
• Ensure all designs align with client requirements, budget, and brand identity
• Assist in building company profile with quality works and attending marketing campaign/events

• Proven experience as a Design Consultant, Senior Designer, or similar role in interior design (min 1 -2years experience)
• Strong knowledge and comminication skills
• Experienced in tender documentation and contract administration
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess a good network of potential clients or industry contacts is an added advantage!
