Ecommerce Customer Service Specialists

Excellent Mandarin communication skills, basic English communication skills

Prior experience in promoter roles, sales, customer service, or tele-sales is an advantage

Enjoys interacting with people, good at chatting, and has a sales mindset

Detail-oriented, patient, good listener, able to understand customer needs

Responsible, reliable, with strong execution skills

Familiar with basic mobile phone operations, skilled in using WhatsApp for both text and voice communication

Able to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu (RED)

Must possess own transport, able to drive and commute independently

• Being professional and sales oriented in customer service and engaging customer through whatsapp and social media platforms.
• Contribute to excellent customer relationship management include build good rapport with customers, high level of customer service, prompt response time and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve personal communication and sales techniques to increase business growth.
• Strong teamwork in Marketing team to give constructive suggestion and feedback to help grow the business.
