- Obey the unified leadership of the headquarters, conscientiously implement and execute relevant tasks. Responsible for the overall work of the store, and implement all the rules and regulations and administrative orders of the store. Report work status to the Operation Department every week;
- Timely and accurately reflect various problems encountered in operation to the Operation Department and the General Manager's Office. Be pioneering and enterprising, combine reality, dare to and be good at making various rationalization suggestions;
- Responsible for formulating service standards, procedures and marketing strategies, and responsible for organizing and implementing them after approval by the Operation Department. Strive for excellence in business, make scientific and reasonable adjustments, and continuously improve management level;
- Review the business report of the day, conduct business analysis, make corresponding business decisions, and ensure the safety of business funds;
- Organize chefs, managers, supervisors, foremen, team leaders, etc. every week to hold management meetings to summarize the gains and losses of the previous week and plan this week's work; 6.
