Pre sales consultant

Randstad has recently partnered with a leader in digital payment and closed-loop transaction ecosystems across Southeast Asia. They are looking to hire a Pre Sales Consultant to join their team in KL.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance during the pre-sales cycle.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and sales teams to develop winning solutions.
• Analyse customer requirements and prepare solution design documents.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed and customised proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.

Great management team and excellent working culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting in the payment/fintech sector..
• Strong understanding of payment flows (e.g., card acquiring, issuing, e-wallets, mobile payments).
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and payment integration methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards relevant to payments.
