Software Support/System Support - Ampang Jaya

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C#, Microsoft SQL, Node Js, Laravel, Phyton)
• Experience with database systems (SQL Server or MariaDB)
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Azure server
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia)
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn new technologies
• Able to start work immediately
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day technical support
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Test, and maintain software applications and systems
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code based on specifications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver quality solutions
• Prepare technical documentation for future reference and maintenance
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Stay updated with new technologies and software development trends
