Production Supervisor

Prefer experience in a printing or manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of printing presses and finishing equipment
- Hands-on experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Monitor machine performance and ensure efficient utilization
- Troubleshoot and assist with basic mechanical repairs and adjustments
- Work closely with maintenance and technical teams to minimize downtime
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure targets and deadlines are met
- Oversee the workflow and monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
- Provide on-the-job training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality control procedures to meet regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production planning and scheduling
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity
