1. Graphic Designer (E-Commerce)

Job Responsibilities:

• To design visuals for online marketplace such as Shopee, Lazada & TikTok including store homepage, product image, social media visuals, Livestream Visual Support (GIFs).
• Collaborate with Ecommerce team to develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
• Produce high quality design work that meets the requirements and specifications outlined for each project.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.

1. Graphic Designer (Branding - Online & Offline)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and social media team to develop and design engaging graphics for both print and digital media, including advertisements, marketing materials, social media content, and more.
• Bring innovative concepts to life through effective design execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, or team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos when necessary or any other adhoc duties assigned by manager.
• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.
• Job Requirements (E-Commerce):
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce design, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Diploma / Degree in Art or Graphic Design or any other related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effect.
• Creative thinker with a strong ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platform design guidelines (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.
• Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin, Malay speaking clients.

Job Requirements (Branding - Online & Offline):

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Photography and video editing skills will be considered a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in beauty/FMCG industry will be a plus.
