We are looking to hire Junior Software Engineer who are able to learn the codebase, attend design meetings, write code, fix bugs, and assist the Development Manager in all design-related tasks.
- Minimum a degree or diploma in Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related course in computers/technology.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Ability to communicate well with the team.
- Able to adapt to new technology, research, and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and creative to develop business products.
- Considerable knowledge of IT engineering research methods, techniques, and procedures.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Software (Java) engineering & Web technologies (EJB, JSP, JSF, Servlets, JQuery, CSS, XML).
- Knowledge of database development, design, and improvement within the MySQL DBMS.
- Being knowledgeable in the Linux environment is an advantage.
- Able to travel if required.

- Application Development: Design and develop high-quality software applications and modular components tailored to business needs.
- Analysis & Design: Participate in the functional analysis sessions to translate requirements into technical specifications, architectural designs, and comprehensive system documentation.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including unit testing, deployment, and system maintenance.
- Documentation Excellence: Produce and maintain clear, effective technical documentation to ensure long-term code maintainability and team alignment.
- Technical Standards: Research and implement modern software engineering best practices, specifically focusing on Test-Driven Development (TDD), version control, and CI/CD automation.
- Operational Agility: Contribute to team success by supporting various technical initiatives and organizational tasks as required by project demands.
