Experience: 3 to 4 years of working experience in account management, consultative sales, or digital marketing.
- Core Skills: Strong logical thinking capabilities and business acumen. Some experience using data analytics across platforms to understand market trends or client issues and incorporating those insights into actionable business proposals.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic digital marketing concepts and strategies, such as search, social, or advertising.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace operations (specifically, a practical understanding of functions required for Excel/Spreadsheets).
- Language: Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for clear client presentations and internal communication.
- Mindset: Proactive, independent, and highly responsible. You take ownership of client issues and project outcomes, exhibiting thought leadership.
- Learning Agility: A strong willingness to learn new things, propose feasible solutions and continuously improve your marketing and analytical skills.

- Translate client challenges into clear, actionable briefs for the creative and production teams.
- Compile comprehensive proposal materials by synthesizing team ideas and utilizing data analysis to back up your strategies.
- Present ideas, strategic marketing plans, and logical conclusions effectively to clients.
- Drive the execution of digital marketing projects (including websites, SNS operations, creative, and online ads) alongside internal teams.
- Manage project financials, keeping a close eye on revenue, budgets, and profit margins to ensure healthy project P&L.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as quotations, billing, and schedule management.
- Utilize logical thinking and an evidence-based approach to uncover the root causes of client challenges and formulate effective, realistic solutions.
