Admin cum Sales Executive

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in immigration services or real estate.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program and its requirements is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain administrative tasks related to MM2H applications and client documentation.
• Assist in sales activities, including client inquiries, follow-ups, and consultations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of MM2H applications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for clients and management.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the application process.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of client information and transactions.
