Training Coordinator

High school diploma or equivalent Diploma or Degree in Administration, Early Childhood, Education or related field
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Get on the job training or in the School / kindergarten
- Able to manage training schedules, documentation, and records systematically
- Well organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Scheduling training session, coordinate training with master trainer & handle pre-training preparations
- Ensuring training material & training contents are up-to-date
- Assists master trainer to create training support materials
- Record attendance for training session
- Prepare training reports & helping arranging induction program timetable
- Keep track of training records & maintaining them
- Providing general administrative assistance to training managers and trainers
- Collecting details from feedback form and presenting to the Master Coach or Facilitator
- Planning, developing, and implementing effective quality assurance policies and procedures for learning school
