High school diploma or equivalent Diploma or Degree in Administration, Early Childhood, Education or related field
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

  • Get on the job training or in the School / kindergarten
  • Able to manage training schedules, documentation, and records systematically
  • Well organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
  • Scheduling training session, coordinate training with master trainer & handle pre-training preparations
  • Ensuring training material & training contents are up-to-date
  • Assists master trainer to create training support materials
  • Record attendance for training session
  • Prepare training reports & helping arranging induction program timetable
  • Keep track of training records & maintaining them
  • Providing general administrative assistance to training managers and trainers
  • Collecting details from feedback form and presenting to the Master Coach or Facilitator
  • Planning, developing, and implementing effective quality assurance policies and procedures for learning school
