Oversee and manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Arrange and assign all outlets order and logistic weekly.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies and procedures to optimize space utilization, minimize costs, and improve operational flow.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including cycle counts, stocktaking, and discrepancy resolution, utilizing best practices in inventory control.
- Manage logistics coordination and supply chain activities to ensure seamless movement of goods and materials, meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Uphold strict safety compliance and regulatory standards within the warehouse environment, conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Possess a Diploma and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or a related logistics role.
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch, and the security of the facility.
- Develop, implement, and enforce efficient warehouse policies and procedures to optimize workflow, minimize errors, and maximize productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, adherence to safety standards, and professional development.
- Manage inventory levels accurately, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods, managing relationships with carriers and suppliers.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies to track inventory, manage orders, and generate performance reports.
- Plan and manage warehouse space utilization to ensure efficient storage and accessibility of goods.
- Contribute to the overall supply chain strategy by identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and cost reduction initiatives.
