Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
- Strong knowledge of accounting and HR principles, practices, and software (e.g. UBS Accounting and Payroll)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain meticulous financial records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to management and clients
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
- To handle full set of accounts
- To perform the day to day processing or financial transactions and to ensure all the transaction are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- To perform general HR & administrative work including payroll, maintain systematic filling system, safe keeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and government regulations
- Representing the company professionally liaised with auditor, tax agent, bankers, insurers and solicitors regarding financial transactions and building strong relationships with them
