Forwarding - Declaration Assistant - Ampang Jaya

1. 3 years working experience in forwarding Operation and well versed in Royal Custom procedure.

• Willing to work under challenging environment
• KEK certificate is an added advantage
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
• Key in Import & Export custom paper ( K1,K2,K4,K8,K9ZB1,ZB) permit required for custom submission.
• Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance
• Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner
• Monitor and update containers through the port system
• Experienced in EDI, Dagang.NET and Port VGM submission
• Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advices duty/tax amount upon enquiry
• Provide timely report and appropriate analysis
• Ensure proper documentation filling and system update
• Monitor loading and unloading of warehouses and ports (if needed)
