Airbnb Maintenance Technician - Kuala Lumpur

Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin

• Previous validated hands-on experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role (2-5 years experience)
• Strong practical skills and ability to perform a wide range of handyman tasks with minimal supervision
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Skills Required: Property Maintenance, Repair Skills and Preventative Maintenance
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
• Respond to service requests and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Inspect properties to identify any issues or potential problems
• Perform a variety of handyman tasks including painting, plumbing, wiring/electrical work, aircond installation/service, furniture installation, and general maintenance
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to resolve maintenance issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
