Performance Marketing Specialist

What you'll be doing

• Develop media proposals covering channel planning, budget allocation, audience targeting, and KPI projections
• Analyse client briefs to identify media strategy, challenges, and competitive landscape
• Present proposals to clients and follow up on project progress proactively
• Prepare quotations and ensure top-tier client servicing throughout

• Set up and manage paid ads across Meta, Google, and other platforms — with zero tolerance for errors (wrong objectives, budget mismatches, or quality misses)
• Monitor daily performance and media spend, optimise when results need a push
• Stay close to clients for page access, monthly focus updates, and ad-hoc requests
• Proactively pitch new ideas and strategies to keep client accounts growing

• Brief and align with the production team on content direction and creative ideation
• Ensure content outputs are on-brief before going live
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, findings, and clear recommendations — and present them confidently to clients

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media or an agency environment
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, CPAS and Google Ads — E-Commerce & Livestream ads are a bonus
• Comfortable with analytics tools like Google Analytics and ad servers
• Strong communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
• Willing to travel when needed
