Merchandiser Executive

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English , and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
• Experience or knowledge in inventory management practices.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize merchandising strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers, store managers, and marketing teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to store staff.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, optimize product placement, and recommend promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, including in-store events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations, related to merchandising and retail operations.
