Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Coordinate sales activities with internal departments, logistics and customers
• Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders and invoices
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
• Communicate with customers to follow up on orders and respond to inquiries
• Assist the sales team with administrative support and documentation
