Ar-rahnu Branch Teller

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of gold or Ar-Rahnu operations is an advantage (training provided).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash transactions.
- Handle daily customer transactions including pawn applications, repayments, and redemptions.
- Assist in processing pawned items and updating records accurately in the system.
- Support inventory tracking of pledged and redeemed items.
- Ensure proper cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift.
- Attend to walk-in customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Explain Ar-Rahnu products, loan terms, and procedures clearly to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints appropriately.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in basic assessment of pawned items such as gold and jewelry (training provided).
- Ensure accuracy and fairness in all transactions under supervision of branch management.
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and comply with company SOP and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Follow security procedures when handling cash and valuables.
- Work closely with branch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the branch.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.
- Training provided (including gold valuation skills)
