Daycare Teacher ( * Half Day )

Minimum qualification: Secondary School / SPM / 'O' Level.

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Patient, caring, and passionate about working with primary school children.
• Creative in planning fun and educational activities.
• Able to work well in a team to create a positive, supportive environment.
• Committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.
• Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education is a plus—but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work at our Shah Alam location.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that stimulate children's intellectual, social, and emotional growth during the half-day program.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, ensuring their well-being and adhering to Kidsland Daycare Center's safety protocols.
• Supervise and monitor children's activities, ensuring their safety and addressing any behavioral issues with patience and understanding.
• Foster creativity and imagination through storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and play, encouraging children to express themselves freely.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise during the half-day session, utilizing English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia as needed.
• Collaborate with other daycare staff to maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped classroom, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Assist children with their daily routines, such as snack time, toilet breaks, and nap time (if applicable), promoting independence and self-care skills.
• Observe and assess each child's individual needs and development, providing personalized attention and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance childcare knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
