- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Mandarin & English preferred)
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident in meeting customers
- Creative thinking with a passion for sales & marketing
- Independent, proactive, and a good team player
- Willing to travel for client visits (within Klang Valley & occasional outstation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design/creative tools is a plus
- Possess own transport (car allowance provided)
- Meet clients regularly to introduce and promote company products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Assist and grow our social media presence with engaging content
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends & competitors
- Organize and support events, exhibitions, and product launches
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Monitor and report performance of marketing and sales activities
