SEO Specialist

Proven experience in Technical SEO (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Experience working with web developers and product teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, crawling, and indexing processes.
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, etc.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics or GA4.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve site structure, crawlability, and performance.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to indexing, crawl errors, redirects, sitemaps, canonical tags, and page speed.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations and fixes.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and address technical challenges affecting SEO rankings.
- Manage and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and meta data.
- Monitor site health using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
- Track, report, and analyze website performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rate, etc.).
- Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.
- Work with content and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed during content creation and website redesigns.
