Responsibilities
  • Manage daily financial documentation, including reimbursement claims, petty cash, payment vouchers, and proper filing.
  • Assist in processing company and project-related expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain and organize accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents for internal review and external audits.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, expense summaries, and data consolidation.
  • Assist with procurement-related documentation and contract payment tracking.
  • Coordinate financial documentation and liaise with external accounting firms, internal departments, and management.
  • Provide general finance and administrative support, while contributing to process improvements in document management.
  • Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
工作职责
  • 负责日常财务文件处理,包括报销单、备用金、付款凭证及文件归档。
  • 协助处理公司及项目相关费用报销,确保准确性及符合公司政策。
  • 整理及维护会计记录、发票及相关文件,以备内部审核及外部审计使用。
  • 协助准备财务报表、费用汇总及数据整理。
  • 支持采购相关文件及合同付款记录管理,确保文件完整及可追溯。
  • 与会计事务所、内部部门及管理层协调财务相关文件与沟通。
  • 提供一般财务及行政支持,并协助优化文件管理流程。
  • 完成管理层指派的其他财务及行政相关工作。
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in finance or accounting support roles is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of reimbursement processes, financial documentation, and petty cash handling.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible with strong document management skills.
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information.
