This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels while working in a fast-paced agency environment.You’ll assist our digital marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and creating content across platforms.

What You’ll Do- Craft engaging content across multiple platforms, including: Ad copies that convert, Landing page content to boost sign-ups and sales, Video scripts & storyboard for ads, Headlines, banners, and creative concepts for campaigns.
- Assist in plan, manage, and optimize full- funnel online paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, XHS, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign development.
- Monitor and report performance metrics
- Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.
- Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.
- Assist in build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.
- Assist in managing end-to-end digital campaigns—from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze performance data and generate insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate internally with creatives and video editors to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized content.
- Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns fresh and ahead of the curve.
- Stay up to date with the latest platform trends and ad policies to ensure all campaigns are compliant.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field (or currently studying)
- Passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and social media.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- You love social media, keep up with the latest trends, and genuinely enjoy the space.
