Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, crypto culture, and its online community dynamics;
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media for a tech or Web3 project;
Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal;
Skilled in content creation (writing, visual design, memes, short videos, etc.);
Familiar with tools like Notion, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Figma, and Google Analytics;
Experience in user growth campaigns, airdrops, or token-based marketing;
Produce, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, graphics, video) aligned with our marketing goals;
Stay ahead of Web3 trends, community behavior, and platform algorithm changes to continuously optimize content and strategies.

Develop and execute the overall social media strategy across key platforms: X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube;
Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels, tailored to a Web3-savvy audience;Produce, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, graphics, video) aligned with our marketing goals;
Monitor platform metrics and community discussions in real time; respond to inquiries, moderate discussions, and maintain a healthy, engaged community;
Collaborate with internal teams to run online campaigns, AMAs, giveaways, airdrops, and product announcements;
Track and analyze KPIs (follower growth, engagement rate, CTR, conversions, etc.) and deliver regular performance reports;Stay ahead of Web3 trends, community behavior, and platform algorithm changes to continuously optimize content and strategies.
