Site Supervisor (Installation)

Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision, specifically in furniture installation projects.
- Proficient in site management principles and practices, with a strong understanding of installation procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures to ensure that all installations meet the company's standards and client specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans accurately.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on site.
- Oversee and manage all on-site furniture installation activities, ensuring projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of installation progress, including daily reports, material usage, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all furniture installations meet the company's standards and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or installation challenges that may arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
