Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
  • Demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve account-related issues efficiently.
  • Ability to manage and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Must be able to work full-time and be present on-site at the Batu Caves location.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including reconciling vendor statements, and following up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and assisting with auditor inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient audit.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks, to ensure efficient operations.
