Assist the Construction or Project Manager in monitoring project costs, verifying vendor claims, and managing material delivery schedules.
- Prepare insurance cover notes and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth progress and adherence to plans.
- Track material arrivals, manage on-site storage, and prepare work forecast schedules.
- Maintain proper site documentation and filing in line with ISO standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly project progress reports.
- Arrange and implement site protection measures, hoarding, signage, and safety equipment.
- Support the Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor in verifying vendor claims and preparing supporting documents.
- Minimum SPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an Interior Design and Fit-Out company.
- Prior experience as a Supervisor (Senior/Junior) in Architecture/Interior Design is an advantage.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
- Must possess own transport.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently on-site with minimal supervision.
- Positive working attitude, disciplined, proactive, and results-driven.
