Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, automation, software, or solution-based selling environments.
  • Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to secure new accounts.
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willing to travel across Malaysia and possess own transport.

Who are we looking for this role:

  1. Drive new account acquisition through proactive prospecting, networking, and structured territory coverage.
  2. Engage business owners, production leaders, and management teams to identify operational gaps and position digital transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, presentation, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.
  4. Develop and expand market presence by building strong industry connections and identifying high-potential accounts.
  5. Work closely with teams to ensure accurate solution alignment and smooth project transition after sales closure.
  6. Build long-term customer relationships that support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
