JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

• The modern product designer takes a very holistic approach in their work, combining skills from various specialties and roles to provide more than just the “delivery of a mock-up”.
• You will be involved as early as possible in the product development process with some expectations/responsibilities shared with the Product Manager.
• You will continuously collaborate with engineers and product owners to drive towards one goal – the success of your product.
• Given this, you are constantly championing good design to increase the value of the product to the customer.
• Brainstorming solutions.
• Create intuitive wireframes, interfaces and interaction layer designs for analysis and review using best practices, the latest digital trends and all available tools to augment the user experience.
• Design interactions for new features, applying existing design patterns and creating new ones, across our platforms.
• A clear communicator with the ability to talk about your designs in terms of users and to advocate your direction with the product and engineering teams
• Leading an iterative design process: incorporating feedback, launching quickly, and testing hypotheses
• Alongside engineers, making sure designs are well-implemented and bulletproof
• Match strategic direction with appropriate design results for the digital and web-based marketing initiatives while providing quality assurance on creative deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a product designer
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and attention to details
• Experience in building a Design System
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite
• Creative & effective problem solver
• Can deal with limitation but not afraid to confront a challenge
• Experience working in an agile/ scrum development process
• Good verbal & written English
• Passion for creating experiences in digital space
