About the Company
Our client is a well-established F&B lifestyle brand undergoing rapid growth and brand expansion. Known for its premium offerings and strong brand positioning, they are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital and P.R. efforts, elevate brand presence, and connect deeply with their digital-first audience.
About the Role
You will take full ownership of digital strategy, paid media, content, and online reputation management. Leading a small but agile team, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated digital campaigns and ensuring strong ROI across channels.This is a creative yet analytical role with high visibility and impact within the marketing function.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end digital strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of digital marketers, including a Senior Executive.
- Manage social media presence across platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, etc.) and drive engagement.
- Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), ensuring optimal ROI and budget utilization. ...
- Spearhead P.R. efforts including media relationships, press releases, and event support.
- Monitor campaign analytics, evaluate KPIs, and implement improvements based on insights.
- Work closely with creative, content, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in paid media, social media management, and P.R.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience in the F&B or lifestyle industry is a plus.
