Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Management, Corporate Management or equivalent.
- Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Experience at least more then 1 year in related role or industry
- Work Location: Johor Bahru
- Handle clerical and daily administrative tasks for the finance department
- Assist in data entry, document filing, and record maintenance
- Support basic accounting tasks and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related matters
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
- New Employee:
- Weekly sports activity
- 3 days of study leave per exam taken
- Overtime (OT) claim (subject to approval by direct superior)
- Employed for over 3 months:
- Elderly Care allowance of RM100 per month (credited in monthly payroll)
- Monthly parking subsidy
- Employed for over 6 months:
- Company trip travel expenses up to RM2,000 per year (claimable only when joining the trip)
- Care allowance increases to RM200 per month (credited in monthly payroll)
- Employed for over 1 year:
- Petrol allowance of RM200 per month (credited in monthly payroll)
- Meal allowance of RM50 per month (credited in monthly payroll)
- Care allowance increases to RM250 per month (credited in monthly payroll)
- Company trip travel allowance up to RM3,000 per year (claimable only when joining the trip)
- Full subsidy for obtaining 20 CPD points (applicable to ACCA, MIA, and CTIM members only)
- Subsidy for professional examination fees (claimable only upon passing the exam)
- Subsidy for professional association subscription fees (claimable during the next renewal) E.g., CPA, ACCA, MIA, etc. Claimable even if you have not completed all exams
